Homeowners carrier who specializes in surplus lines is looking for a Claims Manager for their Fairfield, CA office. This person will be managing a team of supervisors and adjusters to ensure exceptional service and claims handling.
This person will also be responsible for:
- Staff selection, training, coaching and performance reviews
- Monitor problematic claims files and ensure proper resolution
- Conduct claims file reviews.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 plus years of claims handling experience
- At least 3 years claims supervisory/management experience
- Strong background in dealing with all levels of homeowners and ho liability claims with varying degrees of complexity, including litigated files.
