You will work on a daily basis within digital analytics platforms to explore complex data sets from which to make marketing strategy recommendations and draw upon a range of applications in support of a variety of marketing use cases and activities that advances clients on their digital transformation journey. \nThis individual will need to be detail-oriented, have working knowledge of digital analytics technologies, and be an expert in identifying and developing data collection strategies to support standard and ad-hoc reporting on key performance indicators to directly measure campaign performance.  \nThis position is hybrid-flexible, with candidates ideally located in Atlanta, GA or surrounding areas. Candidates may work remotely as needed, with our spectacular new office near Ponce City Market opening in June 2023 and available for use! \nWhat you'll do:  \n\nPerform | Work daily with digital analytics platforms to explore complex data sets and make recommendations for marketing strategies, campaign initiatives and\/or site design changes.  \nIdentify | Identify and develop data collection strategies to support standard and ad-hoc reporting on key performance indicators that directly measure online campaigns, website, and conversion funnel performance.  \nSupport | Consult on wide range of proposal requests and efforts to support the clients digital transformation implementation of CDP, multi-touch attribution and central data repository services.   \nProvide | Assist in developing measurement plans, collects and analyzes data related to campaign and social media marketing campaigns and distilling key insights, actions, and\/or recommendations from analyses conducted. \n\nWho you are:  \n\nA builder | Entrepreneurial attitude coupled with strong business acumen. Maintain balance needed to maintain stamina and positivity.  \nDetail Oriented l Sharp attention to detail and a drive for perfection.  \n\nWhat you'll need:  \n\n3-5+ years of developing marketing performance measurement using digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics  \nDegree or equivalent studies in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, or other quantitative discipline.
