Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Corporate Director of Procurement. This position is located at our Corporate Services Center in Fort Washington, PA.

The Acts family includes 26 not-for-profit retirement communities that serve approximately 10,000 residents in 9 states: Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama and Florida.

In this role, you will be responsible for minimizing procurement costs of all materials, supplies, equipment, and services required for company operations, in accordance with acceptable quality standards, in primary areas of health care, maintenance, environmental, food service, security, etc. You will also establish and continually monitor the purchasing systems effectiveness in meeting the company's objectives.



The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 10 years' experience in the health care, senior living, and/or hospitality industries, with direct supervision of purchasing and distribution staff
  • 7-10 years' progressive experience in contract purchasing & sourcing
  • Supply chain and/or procurement certifications (strongly preferred)
