Licensed Clinical Social Worker Opportunity in Northeastern OR
- Hospital Clinics are seeking an innovative, reliable and flexible LCSW who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility!
- Join a team of 6 fulltime LCSW's and 1 fulltime Psychiatrist to serve a local population of approximately 25,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.
- Four 10-hour days per week
- Average 8-10 patients per day
- Rural Health Clinic
- 1:8 call; phone call only
- Fulltime, permanent
- Epic EMR
- Very competitive total compensation opportunity (83k+)
- RVU bonus based on annual threshold
- Commencement bonus of $10k
- $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
- Hospital employed
- Full benefits including a 401k match. Paid malpractice
- Many outdoor activities including biking, hiking, alpine lakes, skiing, rock climbing, water sports, hunting, fishing, bird watching
