Job Description

The Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) is an independent contractor position within our Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services (BHRS) program. The TSS provides behavioral and emotional support to children and adolescents in their homes, schools, and other community settings by implementing the treatment plan to promote positive, socially appropriate behavior. The TSS is responsible for recording data and charting progress. Foundations provides BHRSin five counties: Bucks, Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester. TSS can provide part or full time hours based on their own availability. Evening and weekend availability is a plus. The TSS role is an ideal entry-level position for recent college graduates (psychology, sociology, criminal justice, human development) to gain experience in the mental/behavioral health field.

Job Requirements

Applicants must have a BA or BS degree in psychology, sociology, or criminal justice + no experience
OR
BA or BS in any major plus 1 year paid, full time, direct care experience providing services to children/adolescents.
OR
60 credits (any) + 3 years, paid, full time, direct care experience providing services to children/adolescents.
