Work You'll do
Project, client, and team management
+ Manage client relationships and provide impactful consulting services
+ Supervise the daily operations of your engagement teams and their delivery of consulting services
+ Take active role in the development and motivation of the engagement team
+ Identify engagement opportunities and coordinate with engagement leadership to deliver the breadth of Global Employer Services to the client
+ Target and sell new and add-on services to current and target clients
Market analysis that you will execute and lead
+ Gather and analyze executive and equity compensation programs, practices, and design features
+ Conduct proxy statement studies and analyses of other publicly available data sources
+ Benchmark, review, and assist in the design of annual and long-term incentive plans
+ Conduct statistical analyses of compensation and financial data
+ Model financial impact of compensation plans
+ Conduct performance metrics studies
+ Monitor executive and other compensation trends, including ESG and incentives
Presentations and Business Development
+ Prepare client reports including all exhibits and summaries, and provide active participation in client meetings
+ Participate in marketing initiatives, thought leadership development, and proposal responses
+ Research and speech preparation for internal and external presentation
Other
+ Participate in IPOs, and private equity and corporate M&A transactions
+ Potential to participate in broader Total Rewards projects including employee benefits, retirement, and healthcare

Our consultants come from executive and equity compensation, global compensation and benefits, equity and employment tax backgrounds and work with clients to streamline business operations while managing the scalability, risks, and costs of programs. Qualifications
Required
+ 5+ years of experience in executive compensation, preferably including relevant consulting experience
+ Experience managing people and client interactions
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Basic knowledge of accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements related to compensation
+ Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
+ At least one of the following accreditations:
+ Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) (preferred)
+ Certified Equity Professional (CEP) (preferred)
+ Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office
+ Licensed Attorney
+ Enrolled Agent
+ Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)
+ Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
+ Certified Pension Consultant (CPC)
+ Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
+ Project Management Professional (PMP)
+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
+ Strong analytical, consultative, quantitative, and project management skills
+ Strong technology skills including Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Tableau
+ Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
+ Attention to detail with a focus on quality; and deadline and results-driven
+ Capable of working within large, complex engagements and able to work efficiently and with a sense of urgency
+ An aptitude for working as part of a global team with diverse members
+ Leadership skills in managing client relationships and the ability to develop customized solutions to meet client needs with the ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage assignments in a team environment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $103600 to $227500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
