A national trucking company is in need of a Fleet Dispatcher for our Fountain, CO facility.
Night shifts available - Schedule flexibility is required
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Nightly/Daily load and route planning
Dispatching trucks to designated locations in a timely manner
Communicating with Customer daily by phone and email, , utilizing strong communication and interaction skills
Managing of 40 - 80 drivers nightly, utilizing strong communication and interaction skills
Managing of 75– 85 tractors and 100 – 120 trailers
Salary commensurate on experience
Full Benefit package available including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Hearing, 401K, Short and Long term Disability and Life Insurance
Paid Vacations after 1 year of service

Pre-Employment Drug Screen Required
- Transportation/Dispatch experience preferred
- Management/Supervisor experience preferred
- Knowledge of DOT Regulations
- Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Windows)
- TMW system knowledge preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work overtime if necessary
- Willing to work Weekends and some Holidays
