• Setting: Home Health (HH)
• Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric (19-65+)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours Per Week: ­­40
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Licensure/Certification Required: New Jersey Nursing License
• Experience Required: At least 1 year of Home Health experience with a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency is Required
