Description

Supports Aramark's businesses by working with the Human Resources and Finance communities to assist with the design and administration of Aramark's Executive and Broad Based compensation programs that are aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Provide job analysis, job description review, position evaluation/classification, and market pricing to ensure internal consistency and external competitiveness for executive level jobs
  • Lead with the design, modeling and administration of variable incentive plans (executive, professional and sales), and other reward and recognition programs
  • Lead the long-term incentive plan equity system administration, analysis and reporting
  • Assist with material development for Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
  • Assist with data gathering, develop tables and support the narrative for the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) of the proxy statement
  • Support objectives and projects for the broader Compensation and Total Rewards organization as needed
  • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels in the organization
  • Ability to perform complicated financial analysis and modeling related to the compensation program
  • Ability to partner with others contribute to teamwork culture
  • Must be able to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment performing multiple tasks
  • Ability to partner with legal, finance and other key compensation program stakeholders
  • Strong skills in Excel and relational databases (i.e., Access, SQL, etc) required


Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or in Human Resources
  • 5-8 years of Compensation, Human Resources, or Finance experience, external consulting experience a plus
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), preferred
