Workforce Coordinator
- Supports key areas of workforce management, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and scheduled hours allocation.
- Provides support for troubleshooting and responding to JIRA tickets and various reported issues related to the scheduling and timekeeping system.
- Works with IT teams to ensure team member profiles, reports, and access levels are configured properly.
- Completes periodic audits of key metrics imported from systems into the workforce management system.
- Works with field management on event planning, exclusions, and special circumstances that impact forecasting and scheduling.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft programs including Excel and Access.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and report findings.
- Attention to detail.
