We are thrilled to be working once again with this thriving company to help them find the newest members for their expanding team in the Downtown Indy area! This full-time Customer Service Representative will work a schedule of Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm. Up to 40 hours weekly!
The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is timely and has strong organizational and active listening skills. This candidate should also be willing to take at least 50 calls per day and have the drive to be successful in a fast paced call center environment. Do you have a passion for Customer Service? As a Customer Service Representative at this prestigious firm, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: answering claims questions after the incident has already happened, organize and route incoming telephone calls, field and send written business correspondence, support business and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers, and deliver outstanding, friendly, customer service in a timely fashion.

The requirements of the Customer Service Representative position include, but are not limited to: proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, customer service and administrative skills, experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries, active problem-solving skills in order to listen for customer cues and actively resolve problems with grace and integrity, the ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers, strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, 2+ years experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven and customer-focused environment (preferred), enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach, proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and 1+ years experience in a call center environment (preferred).
