SENIOR MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSOR
The candidate for this position will be responsible for the processing of customers’ mortgage loan files in order to provide financing for a home. The candidate will be responsible for loan administration, which includes review and uploading of incoming documents, updating file status, requesting required information to complete the loan process and maintaining regulatory compliance as it pertains to the loan process, as well as maintaining open lines of communication with borrower(s), Loan Officers and others working on the loan. The candidate will be responsible for completing complex income and asset calculations, meeting secondary market requirements, and processing both Conventional and Government loans.
Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), the ability to multi-task, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent customer service skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are also required. A minimum of five years mortgage processing experience required. The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required.
