Do you have experience in the Food Service Industry? Are you organized and do you enjoy event planning? If so, this might be the perfect role for you. As the Food Service Assistant Manager you will be responsible for the daily operation needs as they pertain to the Food Services department of a large Entertainment Studio in Century City. This role may require some weekends and the shifts vary from 8am-4:30pm (depending on need) plus overtime.

Responsibilities
Randstad is seeking for a Food Services Assistant Manager in managing the Commissary Dining room which includes taking reservation calls, confirming reservations, seating guests through and managing service.
3-5 Years of managerial in a corporate food service/hotel/restaurant/catering or special events
Must have positive attitude and team player
Must be organized and detailed oriented
Excellent customer service and possess excellent hospitality skills
Experience in planning, executing and supervising special events
Daily facilities opening and closing inspections
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
