Performance Marketing Associate

Job Descriptions:
- Plan, execute and own the results from paid digital channels (search, display, social, video, mobile)
- Explore and unlock opportunities that will drive sizeable growth to business
- Continuously optimize audiences and campaigns to deliver a full-funnel advertising approach that will drive more efficient ad spend with higher ROI
- Measure, monitor, and report performance from both advertising and platforms
- Support ad-hoc campaign requests from other marketing teams
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Min 3 years of working experience in a digital agency and/or startup environment within the e-commerce or OTA verticals
- Demonstrated experience in driving growth results from digital channels with a managed budget of more than USD 500K/year
- Hands-on experience in operating advertising platforms (Google - Search, Display, Video, Facebook/ Instagram/ LinkedIn)
- Highly analytical and data-driven in solving problems
- Proficiency in web analytics, attribution, data visualization, etc
- Experienced in handling programmatic ad buying would be a plus
