Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Assistant Architect to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction and rehabilitation projects, ensuring responsiveness to client needs.
• Collaborate with Senior and Associate Architects to deliver architectural services that meet project specifications and client expectations.
• Draft and modify architectural drawings at various stages of project development.
• Review and analyze design documents and construction estimates for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct research on products and materials to ensure they meet project requirements and standards.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution is required.
• Experience with 3D Modeling software such as SketchUp Pro, Rhino, 3D Max, or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to communicate effectively, plan, and organize tasks are a must.
• Familiarity with International and Local Building Codes is an advantage.
