Director of Human Resources

Hotel Phillips Kansas City Kansas City, MO (On Site) Full-Time

The Director of Human Resources will assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist employees with internal and external human resources matters
  • Monitor and assist managers and supervisors with hiring processes
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and onboarding of new employees
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files
  • Support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Generate HR data reports as necessary
  • Serves and Human Resources expert for the property


  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience handling and managing recruitment operations preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED
