Title : Technical Helpdesk Support
Location : Austin 78727
Duration : 6 months High Possibility of FTE
Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of own company and third party products and systems including hardware, software, networking products and operating systems.
Primary Support for Local IT environment with 100 resources. Maintain Local IT Infrastructure (Network, Phones, Laptops, Servers). Ensure site connectivity local and remote.
2 to 4 years’ experience in IT support organization.
Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training & applies these to complete assigned work within own area of expertise.
Identifies problems in straightforward situations, and makes sound decisions using standard procedures Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.

Setting up laptops
Active Directory, Training,helpdesk ,desktop support
Installations (Computer Systems)
