WES (World Education Services) is looking for a Content Marketing Associate that will report to the Senior Content Marketing Manager. This position will be critical in the planning and execution of B2C and B2B content marketing strategies that will drive sales and growth.

Our ideal candidate has experience planning, creating, and implementing marketing content and campaigns. He/she/they will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy. This position requires someone who is deeply organized and therefore can navigate tight deadlines and changing needs with flexibility. We’re looking for someone with an equally analytical and creative mindset who can quickly understand complex topics and communicate them in a concise, meaningful way for our B2B and B2C audiences.

Duties included but not limited to:

• Working with the Senior Content Marketing Manager, develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform content strategy and plan to drive growth.

• Execute the day-to-day aspects of writing, producing, editing, and publishing B2C and B2B content that aligns with the organization and department’s strategic goals and priorities.

• Work with Senior Content Marketing Manager and Strategic Project Manager to maintain marketing editorial calendar and use project management tool (Jira) to track progress on tasks and projects.

• Develop, create, and publish compelling social media (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram) content that will activate audiences in key markets.

• In partnership with key stakeholders, research, develop, and recommend influencer outreach campaign strategy and plan.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and optimize content for other digital marketing activities including but not limited to: email marketing campaigns, paid social media, display ads, website, and SEO/SEM.

• Collect metrics monthly and conduct performance analysis across all content platforms and present key insights to help evolve strategies and plans; optimize and adjust content as necessary.

• Help maintain relationships with freelance content creators, agencies, consultants, and other relevant third-party vendors.

• Stay informed on current and emerging marketing and business trends

• Innately curious, not afraid to test new tactics/platforms, and eager to upskill.

• Interest or experience with international education and/or immigration news and policies is a plus.


• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in marketing and communications.

• Proven experience in developing and delivering marketing strategies (B2B is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of content development and multi-channel marketing.

• Proficient in writing, editing, and proofreading.

• Working knowledge of SEO and digital accessibility best practices.

• Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or similar platforms.

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.

• Strong project management, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

• In-depth knowledge and comfort with MS Office applications.

• Experience with Tableau, Google Analytics, and Confluence are nice to have.

• Prepared to provide work/content samples with application.
