The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing and data entry skills of at least 35 words per minute. They will also coordinate various print/mail projects including formatting, merging, printing and stuffing for the staff. A successful candidate will have the ability to interact with co-workers at all levels, be a team player, be articulate and well organized and work as team an individually to meet compliance rules and deadlines.
Proficient with office software includes Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
A High School diploma at minimum;
1 to 3 years of Administrative/ clerical experience.
