Duties:
- Data Management
- Data Entry
- Assist and support various departments
- Meeting/Calendar coordination
- High phones
- Customer service
- Email management
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of RECENT admin assistant experience
- RECENT office experience
- Software knowledge; MS Apps, Excel, Adobe, WebEx
- Bilingual Spanish a PLUS
- Customer service experience in an office setting
- Bachelor's Degree is a PLUS
