Kelly Services is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients in Swedesboro, NJ Pay Rate: $21/Hr 
Schedule: Monday -Friday 8AM - 5PM
Duration: 06/2019 05/29/2020
Anticipated start date:  June 2019
As the Administrative Assistant placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for maintaining daily administration of project information, using a range of web-based tools. DUTIES
Serve as a key contact to staff throughout the Relocation Events Calendar 
Provide support in the distribution of high-level communications 
Implement a wide range of decisions and plans developed by the project team and other internal staff 
Provide efficient scheduling support; serving as back-up support for Project Manager when needed 
Tracking issues and ensuring effective, timely follow-up 
Ability to develop additional skills that allow for increased efficiency of admin operations 
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with detail orientation and accuracy 
Other duties and tasks as assigned by Project Manager EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 
High School Diploma/ GED
1-3 years of related experience handling project updates/information
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Ability to work within an intense fast-moving
