We invite you to join our NorCal Imaging Concord team as a Site Supervisor. Leadership opportunity available for a caring professional that wants to further develop their skills and knowledge in healthcare, while making a difference in patient's lives. This full-time career opportunity has a Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule, and is located at our outpatient imaging center in Concord, CA.
In this Site Supervisor role you will have the opportunity to:

• Assist the Site Manager with directing activities
• Be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily activities staff
• Respond to questions, needs and concerns of patient services staff as designated by Site Manager
• Schedule patients "special" cases, conflicts in scheduling etc.) on an as-needed basis
• Assist Operations/Area Manager in training, disciplining of employees
• Periodically review all patient registrations for accuracy.
• Prepare and submit all reports required by site and corporate management.
• Assist Operations/Area Manager in training, disciplining of employees
• Reports needs for supplies both medical and non-medical; responsible for supply orders
• Triage patient office activities to ensure smooth operations (patient flow, add-ons or walk-ins)
• Collects monies due and issues receipts to patients for monies received for medical services
• Notify appropriate department of patient arrival or appropriate personnel immediately of all STAT exams
• Ensure efficient work/patient flow

• Promote public relations with patients, doctors, vendors and other clients on the phone and in person
• Assist Site Manager as needed in long-range planning, communications and other tasks, keeping informed of RadNet policies and general environmental conditions to provide input and propose solutions

One year minimum supervisory experience, 3 years experience in Health care, Radiology experience a plus. Must have and use good overall management skills including; sales and customer service; public relations; strong time management; clerical; strong written and verbal communications skills; other medical related skills; must be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff and management. Medical experience a must, technical experience (imaging) a strong plus. College degree preferred and previous experience at similar volume medical facility preferred.
