Functions: 

• Answer phones (upbeat
tone) 

• Respond to emails 

• Enter customer
information in the system 

• Provide customer with
service information 

• Route calls to
appropriate resource 

• Resolve customer
complaints 

• Provide customers with
product and service information 

• Process orders, forms
and applications 

• Identify and escalate
priority issues 

• Document all call
information according to standard operating procedures 

• Contribute to management
team objectives through teamwork 

• Complete call logs 

• Contact individuals by
phone using professional communication 

• Confirm appointments 

• Follow up on
appointments 

• Follow up on customer
calls 

• Use scripts provided to
describe services 

• Respond to questions to
best of your knowledge 

• Complete call logs for
reporting 

• Mail out information
packages as requested 

Qualifications/
Requirements: 

• Adhere to al Company

• Fully Bilingual…English and Spanish 

• Computer literate with
Microsoft Word and Excel
