Adecco has partnered with one of Rochester leading plastic injection molding manufacturers to assist in their search for a Quality Inspector. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity for second shift (3pm-11:30pm) and will pay an hourly rate and benefits.

The Quality Inspector is a vital member of the production process, performing visual and dimensional inspections and checks of products to determine conformance to quality requirements and standards. To be considered for this role you should posses great attention to detail, both visually and with the use of hand tools. Use of micrometers, gauges, and ability to use blueprints will be vital to your success. Experience with CMM is also required. Job Requirements:

High School Diploma required
2+ years on the job inspection experience to acquire familiarity with methods, procedures, tools and equipment and to perform the work proficiently
Use of micrometers, gauges and blueprints to administer testing
Sound decision making and problem solving skills

Preferred:

experience in plastics
Knowledge of CMM/PC-DMIS
