Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Organizational Change Management Lead Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and implementation of the OCM Plan which spans across communication, training, and adoption
This plan should enhance organizational readiness and stakeholder ability to successfully change.The Senior OCM Lead Consultant has in-depth knowledge and experience in implementing OCM theories and models (i.e., Prosci’s ADKAR) and experience developing and conducting OCM assessments
With a strong understanding of human behavior, motivation, and group dynamics, the Senior OCM Lead Consultant must develop and maintain relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including identifying the specific changes impacting each group.The OCM Lead Consultant understands the needs of stakeholders and coordinates with the communication and training specialists to deliver a holistic OCM implementation plan
The OCM plan should include, but not limited to, Coaching, OCM Training, Resistance, Engagements, Communications, and Sponsor Roadmap

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location
Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws
For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours
