Large privately own food processing co that has multiple plants in the southeast and southwest. The co has doubled their volume and size in the last five years and in the process of completing a major expansion at their Dallas plant. The position will report to the director of quality and responsible for all quality and food safety procedures. They will manager four supervisors, 12 floor and lab techs.
The co needs a hands on manager or supervisor with three or more years experience in the food process industry. Must have hands on knowledge and experience with all food safety procedures, audits, testing raw materials, final process, scheduling, and training. Must be HACCP or SQF certified..
