RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an HR Business Partner in Westport, Missouri (MO) in the St. Louis area. Essential Duties:
  • Analyze and compose policies and procedures as needed
  • Streamline processes within HR department
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate programs, policies and procedures
  • Interpret human resources policy to company management
  • Complete job profiling
  • Develop, communicate and administer competitive total rewards strategies
  • Suggest new HR strategies

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
