Job Description

Experis is hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant in Jersey City, New Jersey!

Job Description:

This individual will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative functions, and research. This role will be responsible for schedule management, office management, act as a communication liaison, prepare information and communications.

Requirements:

  • Extensive communication skills for working with external parties including supplier and contractors
  • Developed organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Ability to be flexible and responsive in a fast paced global environment
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • Familiarity with Oracle and/or Concur travel & expense a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be highly professional
