Experis is hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant in Jersey City, New Jersey!
This individual will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative functions, and research. This role will be responsible for schedule management, office management, act as a communication liaison, prepare information and communications.
- Extensive communication skills for working with external parties including supplier and contractors
- Developed organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Ability to be flexible and responsive in a fast paced global environment
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office required
- Familiarity with Oracle and/or Concur travel & expense a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be highly professional
