Job Description

Under general supervision of Director and in collaboration with the leadership of HHC MG / HHC, is responsible for the development and maintenance of the organization's quality and patient safety program, including infection control.

Develops and implements a systematic plan for ongoing quality and patient safety surveillance.  Implements the surveillance activities according to risk assessment and improvement plans.

Qualifications

Current CT RN required.
CPHQ certification and Certified in Infection Control is preferred
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
Masters in health, health sciences, public health, health administration preferred.
2 years professional experience in field 
Quality Improvement/Quality Assurance experience in the medical field preferred.
