Seeking Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives! OfficeTeam is seeking an articulate, highly-skilled Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in the growing Wholesale Distribution industry. This Customer Service Representative position is based in the La Palma, California region and is a short-term temporary-to-full-time employment opportunity. Responsibilities - Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion - Receive and place telephone calls - By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers - Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

Job Requirements

-Bilingual Spanish -Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - 2+ years of past relevant experience - Customer service and office administrative skills - Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach - Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications - Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Previous experience working with data entry - Practical knowledge of Resolve Customer Complaints - Quality experience with Resolve Customer Service - Earlier work involving Resolve Customer Issues - General familiarity with Customer Support - Expertise in MS Outlook - Wide ranging experience with Superior Customer Service - Customer Account experience preferred - Deep understanding of Microsoft Word - Skills in numeric data entry - Good understanding of account management - Deep understanding of Call Center Customer Service - Well-founded grasp of customer service - Hands-on experience with order entry - Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel - Solid understanding of MS Outlook - Customer Contracts experience highly desired - Comprehension of Perform Data Entry - Comprehensive knowledge of Answer Customer - Experience with Typing Data Entry - Proven knowledge of Customer Quotes - Assist Customers experience required - Prior experience with Microsoft Office If you are a service 'champion' who looks to improve and deliver personalized service based on individual customer needs, we want to hear from you.
