This position, working under the direction of Senior Director of Finance & Accounting for CES, will be responsible for preparing the monthly forecast, annual budgets, long term plans and variance analysis. This position will assist the Senior Director Finance &  Accounting in providing financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons and other projects requested by the senior management. The FP&A function will act as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and to support optimal business decision making.



  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.

  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variances.

  • Analyze monthly financials in tandem with the Financial Controllers to complete the month-end accounting close with focus on the operations.

  • Act as a link between Finance and all other business areas; preparing value added management information and advice to facilitate improved performance.

  • Support Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis.

  • Work closely with the facility operations and finance team to develop accurate and timely monthly forecasts, long term plans once/twice a year and annual budgets.

  • Periodic reporting (monthly, quarterly, six monthly, annually) to various stakeholders.

  • Understand financial models and keep them updated.

  • Ad hoc projects as required.

Position Requirements

Required –

  • Bachelor’s degree required and CPA or MBA preferred

  • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong experience in FP&A roles

  • NetSuite or similar ERP experience. Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.  Longview experience is a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proven track record for driving process efficiencies and problem solving
