Job Description

Do you enjoy helping people and working in a fast paced environment? Are you patient and compassionate but able to deliver great customer care efficiently? Would you describe yourself as determined and highly motivated? If this sounds like you then we would be excited to have you apply! Our customer service representatives are dedicated professionals that care about the people we service and we would like you to join us! Responsibilities include:

* Conducting outbound calls placed by an automated dialer to an existing customer base * Assisting customers with their medical supply reorders

* Logging conversations and requests in a professional, clear and concise manner We are looking for full time permanent employees that have previous stable work history in customer service, either face to face or over the phone.



Other requirements include: high school diploma/GED, basic computer and typing skills, ability to multi-task, and clear and effective communication. Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to type 30 WPM with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent attendance is required. Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
