The primary purpose of your position is to assist the Manager in the general administration of the property in accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development guidelines and regulations and as may be directed by the Property Manager of Catholic Housing Management. Have the responsibility for performing all related functions. It can also require performing the Manager's duties on a temporary basis.

Assistant Property Manager Floater, For Catholic Housing Management, for this position the candidate will travel among our 16 Properties.
Assistant Property Manager for St. Vincent De Paul Gardens-Property-
HUD, Experience is required.
* Knowledge of occupancy requirements per HUD Handbook 4350.3 "Occupancy Requirements of Subsidized Multifamily Housing Programs." * Knowledge of office procedures and work requirements to provide general assistance to the Manager and other staff in the maintenance of accurate records, accounts, and files. * Knowledge of style and form, vocabulary and grammar needed to properly prepare drafts of letters, reports, and notices for the manager's approval. * Skill in the use of a computer, typewriter, calculator, copier and other office equipment required to submit accurate, professionally prepared responses to HUD, CHM, clients and other agencies. * Knowledge of guidelines provided by HUD and CHM in monitoring the purchase of supplies and materials, and adequately keeping an inventory of same. * Knowledge of requirements to perform duties of the manager in compliance with HUD standards and the directives of CHM, in the absence of the manager.
