The North Houston branch of Ultimate Staffing is looking for several experienced B2B Inside Sales Reps.  Interested candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Cold calling - Not afraid to pick up the phone and make cold calls
• Solid customer service experience
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Close sales and achieve or exceed quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
• Strong phone presence
• Experience working with a CRM
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
