Health Insurance Sales Advisor
With our competitive products, provided leads, top notch sales software, and our elite training program you will be set up for success.
Principal Responsibilities:
* Calculate insurance premiums by gathering pertinent information utilizing different quoting engines.
* Communicate and present an insurance package to approximately 50 live clients each day
* Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner.
* Adhere to all contract, property, and insurance laws.
* Provide customer service for each client to maintain a positive client-advisor relationship
Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
* High School Diploma required, Undergraduate degree a plus
* Life & Health License not required but preferred.
* Must demonstrate an aptitude for problem-solving and a strong desire to succeed
* Ability to determine solutions for customers and problem solve in real time (consultative sales approach)
* Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
* Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Compensation: Guaranteed base salary, plus commission and bonuses.
* Average 1st year salary is 70k, our Top Performers earn six figures!
* Benefits: 401k, Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, 12 paid holidays.
* Production based all expense paid vacations.
Special Working Conditions:
* Fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
* Travel is required.
* Lifting up to 10 pounds, with some walking, standing, reaching, and the use of hands for the computer.
