Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company is a vertically integrated musculoskeletal outcomes management company.  HOPCo manages physician practices, hospital service lines, population health and value-based care programs, and musculoskeletal delivery networks.
HOPCo is the managing partner of Arizona-based entities, CORE Institute, Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, CORE Institute Specialty Hospital, Michigan-based CORE Institute, and Florida-based Southeast Orthopedic Specialists Clinics and Musculoskeletal Specialty Hospital.
As HOPCo continues to grow, we are looking for a Sr. Healthcare Digital Marketing Specialist in our Marketing Department.
Please see below for the functions and requirements to be a Sr. Healthcare Digital Marketing Specialist with HOPCo.
  • Manages and executes all Google Ads campaigns for orthopedic practices across several regions in the US
  • Monitor and update department metrics, assist in overall monthly reporting, and develop effective presentations for internal and external use
  • Creates and executes digital brand awareness strategies as well as paid search acquisition strategies
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Own marketing plans set in place and manage tasks through to completion
  • Executes and monitors organic and paid social media strategies
  • Manage budget across all marketing efforts
  • Manage digital asset inventory to ensure creative alignment across all marketing channels
  • Manage departments strategy documents, project management, creative assets, and meetings materials/agendas
  • Monitoring keywords, cost per click, cost per acquisition, CTR and conversion metrics
  • The job holder must have experience in Google Ads and Analytics platforms
  • Preferred experience in healthcare digital advertising
  • Minimum three years of experience in the field of digital marketing and market research methods
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms
  • Knowledge of marketing data analytics and tools
  • Knowledge of Wordpress or basic web design
  • Skill in creating and executing digital ads (search ad copy, display ad copy, YouTube video, etc.)
  • Skill in project management and multitasking
  • Skill in making changes based on results, KPI’s and benchmarks
  • Ability to manage digital campaigns across multiple US regions
  • Ability to be organized and manage time effectively
  • Ability to track and monitor campaigns
  • Normal office environment with minimal travel within community.
  • Constant contact with individuals from many backgrounds.
  • Minimum exposure to communicable diseases.
  • Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
  • Some bending, lifting and stretching required.
  • Manual dexterity using a calculator and computer keyboard.
