Temp-Hire Administrative Assistant for an International and Domestic Marketing Research Company 1. Maintain appointment schedules by planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and teleconferences 2. Make travel arrangements for VP's and Project Managers. 3. Assist in managing databases 4. Type reports, memos, letters and other documents using relevant Microsoft Office computer software. 5. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. 6. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners. 7. Register, coordinate, and schedule conference arrangements and utilize partnering systems to book meetings. 8. Assist with internal and external corporate events and company functions. 9. Provide back-up to Administrative Manager and Marketing BD Team Competencies: 1. Collaboration skills 2. Communication 3. Initiative 4. Reliability/Accountability 5. Scheduling and Microsoft Office Skills High school diploma. Five years of administrative experience. Preferred Education and Experience Associate's degree or bachelor's degree.
