Performs a variety of general administrative tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group or customer.
Core hours: 0900-1500. Arrange, coordinate, submit and track travel arrangements. Track travel status through approval process. Collaborate and coordinate with partners in travel office. Respond to telephone and email inquiries from customers. Brief new contractors on travel policy. Meet with new independent contractors to set-up profiles for travel. Prepare and submit travel authorization requests. Collaborate with and back-up travel specialists in the group. Responsible for forwarding travel itineraries to contractors. Communicate travel reservation information to group personnel. Participate in weekly office meetings, orientation for independent contractors 2-3 times a year to brief on travel related issues.
1. Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
2. Associates Degree preferred.
1-3 years of related administrative experience.
