Job Summary: Responsible for performing some of the daily functions related to the processing of mail, retrieving documents, scanning documents, handling prescription orders in accordance with standard operating procedures, links order entry, data perfection, completing orders, and supporting any other Pharmacy Clerk (ROCC) area needs. Through your skills and knowledge, you will demonstrate a solid commitment to customer satisfaction and quality, while offering solutions needed to help simplify the customer healthcare experience.

Schedule: 6:30am to 8:00pm Monday through Friday

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

  • Typical daily tasks include processing and distributing inbound non-production and outbound mail utilizing the latest processing techniques and equipment, accurately handling and entering prescriptions into the order entry and or links system, and/or review and resolution of prescription exceptions
  • To help support development and maximize workflow, you will be asked to perform other pharmacy functions as required

Job Requirements of Customer Service Representative:

  • 2+ years experience in Customer Service or Call Center
    Ability to use 10-key pad on computer; computer knowledge and typing of 20 wpm desired
    High School or GED REQUIRED
