The Enterprise Architect will work with IT Leadership and Business Process Owners in the development of Enterprise wide Business strategies and defining the role of digitization in order to accomplish business strategies.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Defines and institutionalizes Enterprise IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture framework to be applied across the business, continuous improvement, standards and guidelines.
Work with the business to refine enterprise wide standards, guidelines, processes and technologies.
Act as a change agent in adoption of new Business and Technology trends.
Defines long term objectives and future utilization of technology & its focus.
Develop, manage and maintain architectural processes and governance.
Develops BBU’s technology roadmap with a focus on cross domain considerations and interactions.
Run and chairs the Architecture Review Board (ARB).
Acts in ad advisory role on business programs and projects.
Working within various Enterprise Architecture frameworks, specifically TOGAF and tailoring it for our organizational needs.
Translation of business goals and vision into architectural requirements (Business, Application, Data and Technology Architecture).
Establishing KPI’s and measure of success that align with business goals.
Setting up an Enterprise Architecture framework and practice for an organization.
Chairing Architecture Review Board (ARB) and Design Authority (DA).
Enterprise Architecture maturity assessment and strategy development.
Developing strategic and tactical roadmaps for the evolution of business capabilities/products.
Establishing long term objectives and plans for future technology usage.
Defining optimal architectures for business/IT operations and transformations.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree is preferred.
10 years of experience in at least two IT disciplines (such as technical architecture, network management, application development, middle-ware, information analysis, database management or operations) in a multi-tier environment.
Experience in overall SDLC (requirements, design, build, test, deploy) or similar.
