Job Description:

  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a small team of account managers who are focused on renewal, retention, and upsell within their book of business.
  • The Sales Manager will be coaching and supporting their team on renewing their annual subscription for advisory support services and upselling consulting services.
  • The Sales Manager must be seen as a trusted resource that can understand client needs and objectives, drive business plans, and flag any potential at-risk accounts that need escalation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience carrying a quota and exceeding individual sales goals within a service-based or consultative sales environment.
  • 3+ years managing a team of account managers or inside sales professionals.
  • Previous experience working within the tech or security space preferred.
  • Confidence and ability to facilitate executive-level conversations around various topics with subject-matter experts.

Location: Hybrid work environment; Reporting to a Boston-based office 2-3 times per week. Travel 25% to within Territory as needed.
