**Job Description:**
The **Sr. Marketing Manager, Ormco North America Marketing Campaigns** will be responsible for leading the development and execution of downstream marketing activities in North America (NA) for assigned marketing campaigns and initiatives targeted to orthodontists. The Sr. Marketing Manager will lead efforts to build Ormco's value proposition and deliver sales-qualified leads for revenue growth for key brands including but not limited to Spark Aligners and Damon Ultima. The role reports to Director of NA Ormco Marketing.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Identify and employ marketing best practices to formulate multi-channel campaigns consistent with global brand strategies.
+ Manage forecasting and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) including campaign performance, marketing-qualified lead (MQL) generation, MQL conversion, return on marketing investment, customer loyalty, marketing content quality, marketing asset utilization, etc.
+ Collaborating with Digital Marketing Team, provide strategy and messaging for digital advertising, social media, and search engine optimization programs. Work with Digital Marketing Team, external digital marketing vendors, and agency partners to optimize marketing initiatives, technology and spend.
+ Manage creation of marketing collateral - with an emphasis on product launches -- such as advertising, online and digital assets, tradeshow and event supporting materials, whitepapers and case studies, product demonstration and selling tools, and customer training materials.
+ Manage creation of marketing campaigns and collateral to drive awareness and registrations for key educational events including 'owned' events for Ultima and Spark (MasterCOIP, VIP events, Symposium, webinars, etc.) as well as Association events.
+ Liase with the product management team and advise on North American marketing requirements for brands and product lines.
+ Work with channel partners to create symbiotic campaigns to maximize distributed sales.
+ Identify opportunities to optimize the Ormco and brand-specific marketing calendars.
+ Manage a team of marketing professionals to create best-in-class campaigns.
+ Perform such similar or related duties as may be required.
+ Adhere to company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.

+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields required.
+ 7+ years of relevant commercial marketing, product management, or brand management experience.
+ The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
**Preferred:**
+ Master's degree or MBA.
+ 3+ years of consumer marketing experience preferred.
+ Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
+ Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Effective in presenting marketing-related issues to all levels of the organization or in front of customers, channel partners, and/or suppliers.
+ Experience building a business case using market information, sales data, and financial statistics.
+ Customer centric mindset
+ Keen eye for details, clean visual aesthetics, and optimization of customer/user experience.
+ General understanding of the dental industry and distribution selling model.
+ People management experience

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
