We are currently searching for an inside sales rep for an innovative client near our branch. The ideal inside sales rep must be comfortable making outbound calls, doing cold calling, handling inbound leads, managing relationships, doing data entry, and software presentations. The client is looking for someone who is highly motivated, energetic, wanting a long term fit, and someone who wants to support the overall help of the comapny. You should be comfortable handling 70-100 calls daily. Pay is up to $21 an hour based on experience. This position will be eligible for commissions after being hired. Must be comfortable doing cold calling and inbound calls of 100 total calls daily
Must have 2+ years in customer service account management or inside sales positions
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) including proficiency
Must be detail oriented, have excellent communication, have the ability to multi-task, and solve difficult problems, and be dedicated to your job to be successful
Have the ability to work with customers in all situations and experience with CRM systems is helpful(Sales Force, etc.)
Degreed candidates preferred
Someone energetic and highly motivated to make the sale
