Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Flight Systems Team. This position is in Roy, UT and supports the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. What You'll Get To Do:The selected candidate will report to the Air Vehicle (AVE) Mechanical Design Integration lead and is responsible for artifact development for all AVE interfaces. Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:
* Development of full vehicle installation models
* Development of Interface Control Models
* Configuration management of the Air Vehicle Equipment
* Ownership and upkeep of the AVE drawing tree and modeling tree
* Interfacing with other IPTs to develop interface requirements and ConOps

* Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) discipline and 2 years of experience; 0 years with Master's Degree
* Experience in CAD modeling and use of CAD tools (i.e., Siemens NX)
* Knowledge of mechanical design principles
* Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong interpersonal and analytic skills
* Works well in a team environment
* US Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance and Special Program AccessThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
* Experience with Team Center (CPLM) and the Product Definition Package (PDP) release process
* Proficient in use of Siemens NX CAD tool
* Experience developing 'clean-sheet' new designs
* Active DoD Secret clearance or higher, granted or re-investigated within the last 6 years #GBSDsystems Salary Range: $73,400 USD - $110,000 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
