JOB SUMMARY:

Supervises and schedules activities of clerical workers.  Responsible for hiring, termination and salary recommendations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervises, coordinates, provides leadership and reviews the work of assigned staff.
  • Supervises the answering and filing of correspondence, posting data to various records and forms, creation and maintenance of charts and gathering of data from various sources to prepare reports.
  • Estimates personnel needs and schedules and assigns work to meet completion dates.
  • Evaluates and recommends changes in methods and procedures in assigned area of responsibility.
  • Prepares reports concerning departmental activities.
  • Conducts performance evaluations and salary reviews for assigned staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  •  Education Preferred: HS/AS
  • Work Experience: 5+ years
