Job Description

 Financial Coordinator

Bachelor's Degree preferred, high school diploma required.  Minimum five years of related experience. Knowledge of Oracle/SAP. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office software. 

Interested applicants should apply no later than April 5, 2019 to GT USA WILMINGTON, LLC, HUMAN RESOURCES, Tiffany Wiggins, 1 Hausel Road, Wilmington, DE  19801 

Position in the Finance Department that is required to work with internal and external manifests, tallysheets, bills of lading, etc.  Remain current with all aspects of vessel and cargo handling, port tariff, and customer contracts.  Contact customers and agents for missing information and with questions.  Create invoices using in-house RF, BNI, Storage, Crane and Labor billing systems.  Reconcile purchase orders for Accounting Department.  General Ledger account reconciliations/check clearing.  Backup for Accounts Payable.  Other related billing and accounting duties as required.
