Additional Information

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care
• Scope of practice: Blended TCC and ICU rounding, inpatient pulmonary consult opportunities on weekends
  TCC care has 1 physician per night at Downey, 2-3 ICU nurses in tele hub based on census aim for 35:1 patient: nurse ratio.
• Location of this position (MOB/Hospital): 50% Downey, 50% Virtual Medical Center Hub - Independence Park, Downey
• Work Schedule (days, hours, call schedule): Full-time (~40-hrs/wk., Mon-Sun), Tele/Critical Care @ Downey Medical Center: seven 12hr. night shifts (7pm to 7am) for two weeks with flexible scheduling opportunity, Daytime ICU Rounding @ Downey Medical Center: nine 8hr day shifts (8am to 5pm) for two weeks including one weekend with flexible scheduling opportunity.
