Are you passionate about innovation and customer-driven product development? We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Manager in Cape Town to join a dynamic team at a leading iGaming company, driving the development and management of cutting-edge B2C products. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of our product portfolio, ensuring it consistently meets the evolving demands of our customers and partners within the fast-paced iGaming industry.

The key job responsibilities as the Product Manager in Cape Town will include:

  • Spearhead the entire lifecycle of B2C iGaming products—from initial concept and strategic planning through to execution and launch. Your focus will be on delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction at every stage.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends. Prioritize product features and initiatives based on strategic objectives, user feedback, and market needs.
  • Partner with a variety of stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners (such as platform providers and third-party games & payment providers), to deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Work closely with design, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless product delivery. Your role will be key in ensuring that communication remains clear, timelines are met, and high-quality products are consistently launched.
  • Define and implement rigorous testing protocols to ensure the product meets functional and quality standards. Collaborate on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure all products are thoroughly tested before release.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Report on product performance and outcomes to internal stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven insights are used to optimize future products.
  • Foster a growth mindset within the team, using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation in product offerings, staying ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements. Leverage this knowledge to refine product strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Industry Expertise: Use your in-depth understanding of the iGaming industry to guide product decisions in alignment with market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer behavior.

Requirements for this Product Manager job in Cape Town:

  • Prior experience in product management within the iGaming sector or a closely related field is essential.
  • Strong ability to develop customer-centric products that meet the needs of both users and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of developing product strategies that align with broader company objectives and market trends.
  • Experience in using data insights to inform decision-making and optimize product performance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • While not a hands-on technical role, a basic understanding of software development processes will help you collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
