We offer a wide variety of schedules to choose from, allowing each associate to choose their perfect fit. 3rd and 2nd Shift Warehouse Associates earn $21.00/hr. plus $1.00/hr. shift differential and are eligible for our competitive benefits (medical/dental/vision/paid parental leave/life insurance and market leading 401k starting after 30 days of employment. ***RETENTION BONUS – up to $1000.00***


CNH Industrial's Lebanon, IN, Distribution Campus is looking for Warehouse Associates to support our state-of-the-art warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate will:

  • Safely operating industrial equipment (Taylor-Dun cart, order selector) to unload trucks and receive inbound inventory
  • Utilize an RV/scanning/printing device to scan inventory for tracking and movement throughout our operations
  • Validate part numbers with systems, packing slips to maintain company quality standards
  • Pick parts and process orders for shipment to our dealership network
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Able to speak, read and understand English
  • Must have basic computer knowledge - knowledge of Click System a plus!

This position does require prolonged standing/walking for 8+ hours; pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40lbs; and repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling and reaching.
